I love that every soup order comes with a bagel! The veggie soup is amazing and their garlic bagels are delish! The Dylan panini is my fav! Eggplant and cheese Heaven!

I ordered Bagel Boss yesterday for a corporate meeting/breakfast today and I was so pleased with Bagel Boss! I used a different shop last time (also through seamless) and they screwed up the order and left me without any cups/plates/knives/napkins after I specifically requested them and offered to pay for them. When I called to ask them where they were they gave me an attitude and told me they dont normally add those items to the delivery, it wouldve been nice if they called to tell me I would have to scramble for those items on my own. Bagel boss however delivered everything I ordered, on time, and everyone loved the bagels/juice/muffins etc. I have another meeting next week and I will definitely be ordering from bagel boss again!

Pros: Delicious smoked salmon sandwiches! And they have a cream cheese spreed with the same salmon. BEST SPREAD! It's kind of addicting. I've practically had a bagel w/ cream cheese every morning. Cheap bagels & bialys ($1, come on) and they get here pretty fast. Cons: It's not really a huge con but damn, every salt bagel is literally covered in salt (I guess that's what I asked for by getting a salt bagel). Thought they'd be more evenly spread out and not dipped into salt tho. So instead I get everything bagels or garlic bagels. Settled.

Maybe the management has changed since all the bad experiences in these reviews... Whenever I order they deliver extremely promptly, never made a mistake, and when I ordered something they were out of, the manager called to ask very nicely about a replacement and was very polite. I've been in in person as well, and they went over and above with their customer service, my friends and I were all very impressed. Some of the salads don't travel too well, but they are good on premises.

What an excellent experience, Ive never ordered from here before because Im in midtown and I figure it might be too far and the food would get cold... but I was wrong! The delivery arrived EARLY and the food was still hot. Bagels were perfect and the best part was the coffee didnt spill!! The drinks were packaged so perfectly so nothing would be damaged.

Im really surprised and this is now officially my go to spot

The food at Bagel Boss is simply phenomenal. From omelets to pizza to rice pudding, every dish has robust flavors. You also get A LOT of food for the price, and the restaurant's delivery team does a wonderful job of getting said food to you quickly. Great food at a great price delivered in a speedy manner: it's a tough act for competitors to follow and something that the NYC consumer rarely receives.
